I ship orders on Mondays and Fridays via US Postal Service. I include tracking and delivery confirmation with every shipment. Tracking number will be provided once your item ships.
While I do my best to wrap and protect your purchase, I am not responsible for packages that may be lost or damaged while in route, unless you purchase insurance.
I do not ship internationally.

You must notify me within 10 days of confirmed delivery date if you choose to return product for Credit only and at my discretion.
Please check measurements carefully before placing your order.
Consider that you are purchasing a piece of Art Jewelry. Art by its very nature includes imperfections. If the piece has some flaw that is unacceptable to you please contact me - I may be able to remedy the problem before I consider a refund.
Product must be returned to me within 30 days from receipt, in its original condition and packaging.
Item must be unworn, unused, and free from defects.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
If an item breaks within 30 days of receiving, I will be happy to repair it free of charge. If item cannot be repaired, I will give you the option of re-fabricating the item, exchanging it for an item of similar price or you may choose a full refund. I will pay the return shipping fee.
If an item has major damage due to negligence, there will be no refunds or store credit. Please contact me in this case to discuss damages.
